Her responsibilities include reviewing a high volume of petitions for foreign national employees and ensuring compliance with corporate immigration regulations. She also prepares responses to Requests for Evidence, Motions, and Appeals related to cases, while supervising the work of other attorneys and paralegals. Additionally, providing legal opinions on client queries concerning employment-based and family-based immigration matters is a key aspect of the role, ensuring that clients receive expert guidance on complex immigration issues.

Gladys has a Bachelor’s of Law (Juris Doctor equivalent) from the University of Perpetual Help (Philippines) and Bachelor’s of Science from the University of the Philippines. She was admitted to practice law in California in 2011.
