Anil “Neil” Badlani is the founder, former CEO, and current board member of HealthSpecialty, an FDA-certified and cGMP-compliant facility specializing in the development and manufacturing of skin, hair, and body care products, as well as color cosmetics. In his current role, Mr. Badlani focuses on strategic oversight and board governance at HealthSpecialty, leveraging his extensive experience in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.

Prior to founding HealthSpecialty, Mr. Badlani served as a research and development pharmacist, a community pharmacist specializing in compounding, and held managerial positions at Savon Drugs. Mr. Badlani earned his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in 2010. He is an active member of the USC Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences’ Board of Councilors, contributing to the advancement of pharmaceutical education and practice.
