Rayman Mathoda (Ray) is currently the CEO of real-estate loan firm Anchor Loans, a real estate lending company.

Previously Ray served as CEO of Medgenome and Xome Holdings. Prior to Xome, Ray served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Genesis Capital which was acquired by an affiliate of Goldman Sachs in 2018. Previously, Ray was President and Chairwoman of Global Property Exchange. Ray started her career at McKinsey & Company where she was co-leader of the west coast healthcare practice.

Ray is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) and of the Board of Directors of GenomeAsia100K USA. She is currently the chairperson of the Board of Desi Rainbows that supports South Asian LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families. She is also a member of the founding circle of Neythri, a global community of South Asian professional women. Ray has an A.B. Honors from Princeton University and a M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
